Key Responsibilities

As a skilled Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and presentation of dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences, support menu development, and contribute to a positive and productive kitchen team environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
