We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in the Littlehampton, West Sussex area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care to residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans to enhance their quality of life.
- Champion resident independence and personal choice, ensuring that their physical and social needs are met.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring that medications are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Ensure a positive resident experience from admission to discharge, promoting a culture of empathy and warmth.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying and resolving risks proactively.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records, documenting all matters related to residents and employees.
- Good nursing experience and excellent clinical skills.
- Able to write care plans and demonstrate empathy and warmth.
- Carry out general nursing tasks such as peg feeding, wound care, and phlebotomy.
- Delegate duties to junior staff and provide excellent nursing care.
- Competitive salary of £22.60 per hour and annual salary of £56,409.60.
