Landscape Gardener Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Landscape Gardener/Trainee Team Leader to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and landscaping gardens that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under supervision as a Landscape Gardener, with the opportunity to evolve into a Team Leader position
• Design and implement garden landscapes that are unique, bespoke, and meet client needs
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality results and excellent customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance gardening or horticulture
• Strong understanding of garden design principles and landscaping techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
