Landscaping Team Leader

We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf a company who specialise in the installation of landscaping on new build sites covering show areas, show home and standard plot gardens. They have multiple teams and this opportunity is within their Soft Landscape Team.

The important detail - A permanent job paying up to £31,824.00 a year and comes with a company van and the opportunity for overtime., 21 days holiday plus all bank holidays, pension scheme, employee benefits scheme that includes retail discounts and career progression opportunities.

**As the Team Leading Landscaper, you will be**:

- Leading and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers on new build housing developments.
- Preparing the ground, turfing, planting, barking and mulching.
- Ensuring work is completed to company quality standards, is recorded and reported.
- Ensuring that all vehicles and machinery used are in good order and safe to operate.
- Making sure that all tools and equipment used are well maintained, clean and serviceable.

**To be considered for this Landscaping Team leader job opportunity you will need**:

- Soft landscaping experience (ground prep, turfing, planting, mulching and barking).
- Experience of leading and working alongside a small team of landscapers.
- A UK Driving Licence and your own transport to be able to get to the yard in the morning.

**It would be useful if you had any of the following**:

- CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS card.
- Experience of installing landscaping on new build housing developments.
- A salary of up to £31,824 per year plus overtime.
