Curriculum Manager - Vocational Training

Join KM Education Recruitment Ltd in our search for a skilled Curriculum Manager to lead the development and implementation of our clients' vocational training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop vocational programs that meet industry standards and cater to the diverse needs of learners.
  • Support and lead a team of Vocational Tutors to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Take a lead on quality assurance and improvement for vocational programs, collaborating with other Managers to prepare for SAR and QIP.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of delivery, adapt teaching methods as needed, and measure learner progress, achievement, and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with current learning technologies, education trends, and changes in vocational standards.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including Assessors, IQA's / EQA's, to ensure delivery meets awarding body requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a first degree and/or professional qualification.
  • Hold a teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
  • Experience in Curriculum development/management, ensuring quality systems and processes are in place to maximize learner outcomes.
  • Strong background in vocational education/training.
  • Ideal experience in managing/leading a team.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
