Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Rapid Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for handling personal, partnership, and trust tax returns and computations, as well as advising clients on HMRC tax inquiries and other tax matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Tax Returns: Prepare and submit personal, partnership, and trust tax returns and computations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on HMRC tax inquiries and other tax matters, ensuring they are compliant with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage and review tax work undertaken by the team, ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Team Development: Provide tax training to the team and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their businesses and delivering exceptional service.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CCH Practice Management and other relevant software.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in tax or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in tax management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
