We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Controls Manager HR to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effectiveness of controls across key people processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain end-to-end Controls Framework for People systems and processes.
- Monitor and update Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) regularly to ensure compliance.
- Create and track Control KPIs to ensure a robust control environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of control self-assessments and risk management processes.
- Support investigations related to fraud, risk, and IT controls.
- Prepare reports for Governance and Audit Committees.
- Strong experience with payroll processes in large, complex organizations.
- Expertise in internal controls documentation and compliance, including IT auditing and Sox framework.
- Proven experience in re-engineering processes, risk mitigation, and policy formulation.
- Excellent data interrogation skills for identifying issues, errors, and potential fraud.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence at senior levels.
