Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the logistics of animal transportation, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
  • Provide accurate quotes to clients regarding their pets' international relocation.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, offering guidance and updates throughout the process.
  • Handle animals with care and compassion, as there will be pets present in the office.
  • Occasionally transport animals to their designated locations.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Full and Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Computer literacy and good telephone etiquette are essential.
  • Physical fitness is required, as the role involves handling animals.

Work Environment: This position is office-based, operating Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with a preference for candidates with prior Export Airfreight experience.
