Position: MEP Engineering Manager

Falcon Green Personnel is looking for skilled and knowledgeable MEP Engineering Managers to oversee service installations for high-end residential developments. The projects involve significant MEP packages with budgets ranging from £50M to £120M. We welcome candidates with either Electrical or Mechanical expertise and various levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service installations in line with client requirements
  • Effectively manage Services Contractors and Sub-Contractors
  • Analyze project data to determine critical sequences and resource allocation
  • Review and interpret specifications and design documents
  • Plan and coordinate Design Team Drawings
  • Participate in Client meetings and provide updates on project progress
  • Organize and lead coordination meetings for Subcontractors
  • Inspect and confirm the commissioning of MEP systems on-site

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant Engineering degree or diploma is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Building Services
  • Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, and Process Systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond promptly
  • Proven experience in managing Residential Projects
  • Membership in a professional organization is advantageous
