Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to perfection, utilizing advanced grilling techniques and equipment.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company protocols.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative flavor profiles.
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Master Grilling Expert or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and equipment, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
