We are seeking a skilled Grill or Line Cook to join our dynamic fast food restaurant team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meats and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grill a variety of meats (such as beef, chicken, lamb, and fish) and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques.
  • Marinate and season food items according to restaurant recipes, ensuring rich, authentic flavors.
  • Maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking times, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers.
  • Manage the grill station, ensuring it is set up and stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies at the start of each shift.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, especially during peak hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of traditional cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
