We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a well-established hospitality company based in Milton Keynes. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service to support the business's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
- Managing formal employee relations processes, including investigations and hearings.
- Supporting managers with employee relations cases, including long-term sickness and performance management.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Providing coaching and training to managers on HR-related topics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
