We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client, a well-known hospitality company in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will support the HR team by delivering a proactive and customer-focused HR service through providing effective support, advice, and guidance to colleagues and managers across various matters, including employee relations, policy, process, recruitment, and project delivery.
If you have proven HR advisory experience within hospitality, leisure, or retail and are looking to be part of a fantastic business, then this could be the job for you.

- MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY, RETAIL, OR LEISURE EXPERIENCE
- Providing advice, guidance, and support on all ER-related matters
- Managing formal ER processes across the business
- Involved in reviewing and redesigning processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Supporting managers with various meetings, including long-term sickness, disciplinaries, note-taking, etc.
- Supporting management at all levels with Employee Relations cases
- A focus on building, developing, and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues
- Previous experience of coaching and influencing managers
- A positive attitude and approach
