Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service within the Facilities Maintenance department. Working closely with the Facilities Maintenance Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Collaborating with a diverse and skilled team, you will ensure that all guests enjoy a high-quality stay by staying on top of essential maintenance tasks and minor repairs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ability to work independently, maintaining the building and performing minor repairs to ensure it is visually appealing and fully operational.
  • Proficient in using and maintaining various tools, including hand tools, power tools, and door lock mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with maintenance tasks such as small electrical repairs, painting, wallpapering, window and door repairs, basic plumbing, tiling, and temporary safety repairs.
  • Guest-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
  • A personable individual who prioritizes the guest experience in all actions.
  • Eagerness to learn and enhance skills related to maintenance and repairs.
  • A team player who values collaboration and support within the wider team.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a maintenance role is beneficial but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn about maintenance in a large hospitality setting is essential.
