The Supervisor position is crucial within the store's management framework, primarily focused on guiding and inspiring the sales team to surpass objectives, optimize key performance indicators, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your leadership will foster a professional and enjoyable shopping atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellence in service and sales while prioritizing team engagement and setting a positive example.

As a Supervisor, you will possess in-depth knowledge of our products, customer service standards, and sales techniques, facilitating training for the sales team and encouraging the utilization of training resources to help them excel.


Additionally, you will assist in overseeing various operational, compliance, and administrative tasks to ensure the store operates smoothly, adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and security protocols.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with prior experience in retail, ideally with some familiarity with store management, although this is not a strict requirement.
