About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Amazon Global Private Brands team in Europe. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key suppliers and supply chain partners to drive our European supplier strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a KPI-based strategic supplier management framework to strengthen and expand collaboration with partners that meet our high quality standards and add value to our brands.
  • Utilize alternative sourcing approaches such as resourcing to more effectively manage and leverage our existing supplier base.
  • Partner with Global Product Development Managers, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple categories and launch products globally.
  • Identify defects and develop scalable process solutions to address and accelerate our Private Label business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity.
  • Build new innovations to unlock new opportunities or increase efficiencies across the business and across Amazon.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months.
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
