About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team at Tenth Revolution Group. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance, and Front Office Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts via electronic signature platforms
  • Validate candidate documents to ensure compliance with country-specific requirements
  • Manage data entry for internal CRM, accounting, and timesheet systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to sales teams, clients, and candidates
  • Assist with processing candidate background checks and drug screenings
  • Collaborate with the legal department to manage client and candidate agreements
  • Support sales teams in resolving issues and implementing process improvements
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a sales, recruitment, finance, or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems, such as Salesforce and Sage, is desirable
  • Confidence in working with multiple languages and countries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
