About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Telesales Executive to join our Recruitment Agency in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career in the Recruitment industry with a local company that has been established for over 25 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate business opportunities and build sales pipelines through outbound Telesales to companies across Dorset and Hampshire.
  • Utilize a bespoke CRM to generate leads and engage with local companies regarding their recruitment needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Telesales.
  • Proactive and methodical approach.
  • Strong sales closing skills and excellent customer service.
