About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Telesales Executive to join our team at South West Recruitment in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start a career in the Recruitment industry with a local company that has been established for over 25 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate business opportunities and build a sales pipeline through outbound Telesales to companies across Dorset and Hampshire.
  • Utilize a bespoke CRM to generate leads and engage with local companies regarding their recruitment needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and identify recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain a professional and excellent customer service approach.
About You

We are looking for a proactive and methodical individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Telesales. You should possess strong sales closing skills, experience in B2B relationship building, and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
