Key Responsibilities:
- Assist primary-aged students with significant learning difficulties and complex autism in their daily routines and educational activities.
- Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and other specialists to execute education care plans (ECP) and implement behaviour management techniques.
- Encourage a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.
- Provide individualized and small group assistance, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of the students.
- Engage with school staff and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's development and overall well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in SEN environments.
