Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist primary-aged students with significant learning difficulties and complex autism in their daily routines and educational activities.
  2. Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and other specialists to execute education care plans (ECP) and implement behaviour management techniques.
  3. Encourage a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.
  4. Provide individualized and small group assistance, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of the students.
  5. Engage with school staff and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's development and overall well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in SEN environments.
