Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Oncology Outpatient Department/Chemotherapy Suite team at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust.
Main Responsibilities- Contribute to setting and maintaining high standards of patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Ensure the safekeeping of patients' property in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle complex and emotionally challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality care.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in cancer care.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
