About the Role

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide hands-on support for various large-scale IT solutions, focusing on storage and backup systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience with virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V), backup solutions (Veeam & Netbackup), and a strong understanding of IT consultancy environments. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain virtualization environments (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Implement and support backup solutions (Veeam & Netbackup)
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide excellent customer support and communication
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in senior infrastructure engineering (with leadership experience)
  • Strong understanding of IT consultancy environments
  • Excellent customer support and communication skills
