Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining large-scale IT solutions, with a focus on storage and backup systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (VMWare/Hyper-V)
  • Implement and support backup solutions (Veeam & Netbackup)
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless IT service delivery
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong understanding of virtualization and backup technologies
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to support customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
