Job Opportunity: Vehicle Estimator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Estimator to join our team at Ingenia Resourcing & Recruitment Ltd. As a Vehicle Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing computerised estimates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine the extent of repairs required.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for repairs, including labour and parts costs.
  • Negotiate with insurance engineers to ensure fair compensation for repairs.
  • Present and sell additional repairs to customers, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Organise parts and materials required for repairs, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be ATA/VDA qualified and have excellent IT skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.
