Job Summary:

Futura Design Limited is seeking a highly skilled Special Vehicle Process / Build Senior Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our Special Vehicle Engineering team, you will be responsible for developing special vehicles based on the commercial vehicle product line-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development: Develop and implement manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
  2. Facility Installation: Design and install facility installations required to deliver vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
  3. Process Metrics: Achieve process metrics, including JPH, CPU, HPU, and FTT targets for elements of added content.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, training the operating team on revised processes.
  5. Cost Savings: Develop and implement cost-saving possibilities, providing technical justifications and preparations for projects.
  6. Lean Manufacturing: Apply working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Engineering degree in a relevant subject or equivalent.
  2. Desirable: Master's degree in a relevant subject.
