We are seeking a highly skilled Special Vehicle Quality Senior Engineer to join our innovative team in Dagenham, London. This is a 4-month contract with the option of extension at the end of year renewal.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to develop special vehicles based on the commercial vehicle product line-up. Our ideal candidate will have experience in developing, implementing, and managing vehicle operations quality processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement vehicle operations quality processes for body, paint, electrical system, etc.
  2. Ensure homologation and type approval for vehicles with added content.
  3. Manage facility installations and requirements to deliver vehicle quality requirements.
  4. Develop roadmaps for quality improvements and coach the team through the change.
Requirements
  1. Prototype/Manufacturing quality leadership experience.
  2. Managing ISO 9001 in an automotive business.
  3. Special Vehicle quality leadership experience is desirable.
  4. Implementing ISO 9001 into an automotive business is desirable.
Education
  1. Engineering Degree in relevant subject or equivalent.
  2. Master's degree in relevant subject is desirable.
