We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at the Brighton and Hove Group Treatment Service. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe patient care and providing individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients for suitability for the group treatment program and provide individual therapeutic interventions to support group work.
- Facilitate groups and manage a clinical caseload, including lead practitioner responsibilities.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with patients and carers to achieve positive outcomes.
- Participate in regular clinical, professional, and managerial supervision to ensure high-quality care and professional development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Trust standards and guidelines.
- Registered clinician with a relevant professional registration, such as a Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working in adult mental health and group work, with a strong understanding of interventions relevant to the care group.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues.
- Competent IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records and other clinical systems.
