The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Building Surveyors
- Develop and implement building surveying strategies
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver projects
Requirements:
- MRICS qualification
- 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of building surveying principles and practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
