Supporter Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with UNICEF UK as a Supporter Engagement Manager, focusing on promoting Gifts in Wills as a way of giving to UNICEF.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steward our most valuable supporters who have pledged to leave a gift in their Will to UNICEF.
  • Create engaging supporter journeys and help supporters who wish to leave a gift in memory of a loved one.
  • Build relationships with both these groups of committed supporters.
  • Develop key internal relationships and ways of working to support the ambition that every supporter knows they can and has the tools and information they need to include a gift in their Will to UNICEF.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of Legacy Fundraising, a relationship or supporter/customer-facing role.
  • Project management skills as well as able to capture and manage data efficiently and appropriately.
  • Comfortable adapting your style to different forms of communication and a diverse range of supporters.
  • Understand supporter motivations and needs and respond in a nurturing way.
