About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in Engineering recruitment to join our team at Jenrick Commercial. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop your own desk from warm leads and new business, contributing to our current vertical markets and building your own department within a specific sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent in the Engineering industry, focusing on contract/interim and permanent solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Meet and exceed billing targets, with a proven track record of exceeding £250k per annum.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals, sharing best practices and expertise.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance and unlimited commission.
  • A guaranteed bonus for the first 3-6 months, with quarterly and yearly rewards including trips abroad and social events.
