We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Sevenoaks. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a positive experience
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests
  • Managing cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.79, a fixed-term contract until 01/12/2024, and guaranteed hours of 15 per week. You will also have access to our Whitbread Benefits card, which offers discounts on Premier Inn rooms and meals in all Whitbread Restaurants. Additionally, you will be eligible for our pension and saving schemes, and will receive a complimentary Premier Inn breakfast for 2 when you join us.
