Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Asset Lifecycle, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end Change and Adoption Management strategies for programmes and projects. This will involve conducting change impact assessments, managing people risks and issues, and assessing the readiness for change of all stakeholders and impacted audiences. You'll also develop and deliver stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, creating persuasive cases for change and producing communication and engagement materials. Additionally, you'll identify education and training requirements and work closely with relevant teams to develop sustainable solutions.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Change and Adoption Manager with a passion for delivering effective change. You'll have a personal, relatable character, able to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, and excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening). You'll also have good MS Office skills and experience of defining and delivering change strategies within a large organisation. If you're a strategic thinker with a talent for influencing without authority, we'd love to hear from you.
