Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 3

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Primary Phase team at Cavendish School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the guidance of senior staff to implement work programs for individuals and groups.
  • Provide high-quality learning experiences and care for all students.
  • Liaise and interact effectively with teaching staff, parents, and carers to enable access to learning.
  • Support achievement and progress.
  • Promote the welfare of all students.
  • Share good practice in the classroom setting and at play/lunchtimes.
  • Provide one-to-one SEN pupil support and mentoring.
  • Support newly appointed staff.
