Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Eastbourne. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's teaching staff and providing high-quality support to students.

Job Summary:
  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, school hours)
  • 1:1 and general classroom support
  • Some class cover when required
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification required (or above)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying needs
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or above)
  • Experience working in primary schools as a Level 3 TA or above
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education (free training can be provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
