Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Plymouth. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert building surveying services to clients, including building condition surveys, defect analysis, and project management.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building surveying.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality building surveying services to clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
