Are you passionate about working with children and young people? Do you enjoy supporting activities that promote literacy and learning? We are seeking a volunteer to support our library activities for children, providing a safe and welcoming environment for young people to engage with books, games, and creative activities.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced library staff to deliver a range of activities, including storytime, reading groups, and craft sessions. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as child development, literacy, and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and able to work well with children and young people. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and able to commit to regular volunteering sessions.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
