In our fast-paced manufacturing environment, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Graduate. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on real engine components, developing innovative manufacturing solutions to complex engineering concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate new equipment and processes to improve quality, capacity, or reduce cost
  • Refine existing production methods to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement new manufacturing techniques
  • Work on real engine components, applying your knowledge of engineering first principles
Requirements:
  • Proven academic background with a 2.1 degree or above in a relevant engineering subject
  • Resilient approach to problem-solving and technical analysis
  • Excellent understanding of engineering first principles
  • Previous experience working with CAD and CAM would be desirable
  • Practical, hands-on experience to complement your academic studies
