We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to provide support to our service users living independently in their own homes in the Nuneaton area.
As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing flexible and responsive care to our service users, including assisting with daily living tasks, personal care and hygiene, light meal preparation, and domestic tasks.
Shifts will be 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate weekends. This role will involve supporting individuals with a range of needs, including those with physical and/or learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and hygiene support to service users
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and domestic tasks
- Supporting service users with medication
- Building relationships with service users and their families
