About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Recruitment Solutions. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Control:
    • Manage credit for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
    • Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue invoices, and negotiate payment plans where necessary.
    • Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients, setting appropriate credit limits and terms.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on credit control activities to the management team.
  • Accounts Assistance:
    • Support the accounts team with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and bank reconciliations.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.
    • Handle general queries from clients and internal teams, providing prompt and efficient support.
    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required to help maintain smooth financial operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in credit control is essential. Experience with general accounting duties is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and records.
