Account Executive (Insurance)

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is a specialist recruitment agency in the Insurance sector, serving Kent and the South East. We are currently working with a leading Insurance brand to find an experienced Account Executive to join their professional team.

We are seeking a talented Insurance professional who thrives in building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with clients to understand their Insurance needs and provide tailored solutions from a diverse range of brands and products.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years' experience in commercial Insurance and a proven track record of account growth. You will be proactive, able to use your initiative to identify opportunities, and have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The role is based in Tonbridge, with a flexible working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The company offers a range of benefits, including a role-based incentive plan, 26 days' holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance on Insurance products and services
  4. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
