About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design of projects, from £5M to £150M, in diverse sectors.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians, locally, nationally, and internationally, to deliver projects to programme, to an excellent standard, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, bid development, and business development activities to attract clients that share our values.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer who can lead our team and drive project success. You will be responsible for:

  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in structural/civil engineering.
  • Relevant experience in various sectors, such as schools, higher education, residential, commercial, or industrial development.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams of engineers and technicians across multiple consecutive projects.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and through digital media.
  • Experience in planning and monitoring the commercial performance of an engineering consultancy as a business, including contract management.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate designs delivered to an excellent quality.
