Project Administrator Opportunity

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a team of project managers in planning and executing projects.

This is a temporary opportunity with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources, liaising with customers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Report project status to all stakeholders, providing timely and informative updates.
  • Qualify enquiries, completing necessary documents and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist project managers with relevant tasks, providing administrative support to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven administrative experience with projects, budgets, purchasing, sales, and marketing.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in project management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with potential to become permanent. The hourly rate is £12.50-£14.00, and the schedule is Monday to Friday.
