Maintenance Team Leader
======================

M-Tec Engineering Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance of equipment and facilities
* Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements
------------

* Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues
* Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including robotics and PLCs
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
