About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity will report to the Society's Head of Enterprise & Operational Risk and will be mainly responsible for Leading the Risk Integration workstream, working directly with the Executive Sponsor (CRO), the Risk leadership team, senior management, and other stakeholders, coordinating with PMO/IMO teams and reporting progress to the Integration Steering Committee and assisting with regulatory submissions.

Although this role does not involve direct line management, you will collaborate closely with the CRO, senior risk leadership, and various teams across the organization.

The position requires technical leadership and a focus on delivering transformation and integration efforts to enhance the organisation's risk management capabilities, with an emphasis on workstream delivery and reporting.

Additionally, you'll work with senior leadership to influence, support, and challenge the enterprise-wide risk management approach.

About You

We're looking for a highly experienced senior Risk leader, who has an in-depth knowledge of Risk management, large Change programmes and an understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and/or other agile delivery.

You will have experience of delivering change and transformation.

You will be highly credible in front of a senior audience including Executive and Senior management and third-party partners, having the ability to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
