About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that will report directly to the Society's Head of Enterprise & Operational Risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework, assessing Group entities against the framework, and integrating entity approaches to operate a single, embedded risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition and implementation of the Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework
  • Assess Group entities against the framework and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional risk teams to integrate entity approaches and operate a single, embedded risk management framework
  • Work closely with the Risk senior leadership, Enterprise & Operational Risk, Integration, and cross-functional risk teams
  • Drive transformational initiatives and deliver continuous improvement of risk management practices across the Group
What You'll Need
  • Strong technical leadership and risk management expertise
  • Experience of delivering change and transformation in a risk management context
  • Ability to engage and manage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management and third-party partners
  • Experience of leading on integration and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver against risk integration plans
