Belong is a pioneering not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. As we embark on a period of growth and expansion, we're seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in Crewe.

Your Role:

You'll be working closely with a warm and friendly team as a Community Carer, making a real difference in the lives of older people by providing support to enable them to live independently in their own homes. No specific experience or qualifications are required, just a caring attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Delivering dementia care and support
  • Accompanying individuals on trips and outings
  • Shopping and errands
