Join Our Corporate Portfolio Management Office

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Corporate Portfolio Management Office (CPMO) as CPMO Engagement Partners. As a critical friend and sounding board, you will support the successful delivery of transformation programmes and best practice.

About the Role

As a CPMO Engagement Partner, you will work closely with programme delivery teams, sponsors, and boards to identify and remove barriers and ensure successful delivery. You will also play a key role in driving and assuring change, working with a range of stakeholders and sponsors across the Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a critical friend and sounding board to colleagues to support the successful delivery of transformation programmes and best practice.
  • Work closely with programme delivery teams, sponsors, and boards to identify and remove barriers and ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive and assure change, working with a range of stakeholders and sponsors across the Council.
  • Support the development of a Centre of Excellence to drive forward project and programme management standards and performance.
