This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide essential healthcare services to a population of approximately 1100 patients. You will play a vital role in managing long-term conditions such as cardiac disease, diabetes, and asthma, ensuring the well-being of individuals within this unique setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to inmates with diverse health needs.
  • Manage chronic conditions effectively through ongoing monitoring and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including nurses, pharmacists, and psychologists.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with established protocols.
