We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex and long-term health conditions to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in comprehensive, paid clinical training to develop your skills and confidence.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in a UK care environment.
- Complex Care experience.
- Full UK Driving License.
