Complex Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team in supporting a young client in living independently and safely in their home near Polegate.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in our client's daily life, assisting with their Learning Difficulties, Autism, Seizure management, and personal care. You will work closely with our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure our client receives the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Support our client with their Learning Difficulties and Autism
  • Assist with Seizure management and emergency procedures
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure our client's needs are met

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in a UK care environment
  • Complex Care experience
  • Full UK Driving License (preferred)
